Job Description

KRAs are as below:-


  • Seller Acquisition & Onboarding: Identify, acquire and onboard high-potential sellers, ensuring seamless activation and timely go-live on the platform.
  • Catalogue Quality & Optimization: Improve catalogue quality through listing hygiene, content enhancement, keyword optimization and accurate product information to strengthen product discoverability.
  • Seller Activation & Growth: Drive seller activation and early account growth through assortment expansion, pricing optimization, campaign participation and operational interventions.
  • Performance & Conversion Management: Track GMV, NMV, orders, conversion rate, RTO, returns, cancellations and NQD to identify performance gaps and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Assortment & Pricing Strategy: Analyze category and seller-level data to recommend optimal assortment, pricing and selection strategies that improve sales and competitiveness.
  • Seller Relationship & Account Management: Build long-term seller relationships through regular business reviews, proactive issue resolution and data-led recommendations to improve account health and retention.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Category, Pricing, Catalog, Supply Chain and Quality teams to resolve seller challenges and improve overall business performance.
