Job Description

  • Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
  • Plan and track shipments (domestic & international)
  • Manage transportation, warehouse, and distribution activities
  • Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, etc.)
  • Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
  • Resolve any issues related to shipment delays or damages
  • Maintain inventory records and update logistics databases
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
  • Prepare logistics reports for management
  • Required Skills:Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
