Job Description
Food Preparation: Chop vegetables, weigh spices, and portion for daily service
Gravy & Base Production: Prepare foundational Indian sauces, masalas, and curries under the supervision of the Chef
Mise en Place: Stock and organize the curry station before service begins.
Kitchen Hygiene: Clean work areas, store food correctly, and follow food safety rules like HACCP
Stock Control: Rotate stock using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method and report shortages
