Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can independently manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end and generate high-quality leads for Detailing Bull's automotive services.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for PPF, Ceramic Coating, Car Detailing, and other automotive services.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, keywords, audiences, creatives, and bidding.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
• Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the Sales/CRM team to track lead quality and conversions.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Identify successful campaigns and scale them while maintaining lead quality and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven experience in lead generation campaigns.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROAS.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns from setup to optimization and reporting.
• Experience in the automotive or high-ticket service industry will be an advantage.
