We are looking for a Driver-cum-Admin Executive for a Gurgaon-based office.

The candidate should have prior experience in residential / personal driving, rather than commercial taxi or fleet driving, and should also be comfortable supporting basic office administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Safe and responsible driving for the CEO / family as required

- Maintain the vehicle properly and ensure timely servicing, cleanliness and documentation

- Assist with office errands, courier work, document collection and deliveries

- Support basic administrative and coordination work in the office

- Handle simple documentation, filing and follow-ups

- Be available to visit the office in Gurugram and support day-to-day requirements

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred

- Ideally below 45 years of age

- Prior experience as a personal / residential driver

- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR and Gurugram roads

- Presentable, disciplined and trustworthy

- Comfortable doing both driving and basic administrative work

- Should be able to communicate reasonably well in Hindi and basic English

- Must have a valid driving licence and a clean driving record

• Interested candidates may visit our Gurugram office for an in-person meeting and discussion.I’d use “Driver-cum-Admin Executive” as the title—it sounds much more professional than simply “driver” and will attract candidates comfortable with both responsibilities.
