Personal Shopper — Bridal & Occasion Wear
HOUSE OF DAISY · DT Mega Mall, Golf Course Road, Gurugram · Full-time, on-roll
We've just opened at DT Mega Mall — and we're building the client team from scratch.
The role
Own a personal book of brides and their families, not just walk-ins. Run private styling appointments, build trousseau plans across the full wedding calendar, and stay with your client from first consultation to final fitting.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a personal client book from day one
- Run pre-booked private appointments with curated, pre-pulled selections
- Style complete looks — silhouette, drape, colour, jewellery pairing
- Map every occasion around a wedding: roka, mehendi, sangeet, wedding, reception
- Own the WhatsApp relationship, follow-ups and post-sale fittings
- Turn first-time clients into repeat buyers and referrals
You should have
- 4–7 years in premium retail; at least 2 in bridal, occasion wear or fine jewellery
- Fluent English and Hindi (Punjabi/Haryanvi a plus)
- A real eye for drape, proportion and colour
- Patience for a 4-visit bride and the confidence to hold a price without discounting
- Working knowledge of hand embroidery — zardozi, aari, gota patti
- Willingness to work Saturdays and wedding-season peaks
