Pet Handler

FidoJet moves pets between Indian cities by train, road and air. As a pet handler you travel with the pet for the whole journey — collect it from the customer's home, stay with it throughout, and hand it over at the destination address.

This job involves travelling out of Delhi NCR for 2 to 5 days at a time, including nights away from home. Your ticket is booked on the same train or flight as the pet.

What you will do:

• Collect the pet from the customer's home
• Feed, water and walk the pet during the journey
• Walk the dog at station halts of five minutes or more
• Send photos and videos to the owner and to our coordinator
• Complete station or airport check-in and hand the pet over safely

Who we are looking for:

• Comfortable with dogs of every size, including large breeds, and with cats
• Physically fit — a pet and its crate can weigh 40 kg or more
• Willing to travel and stay away from home for several days at a time
• Own smartphone with WhatsApp
• Aadhaar card, as tickets are booked in your name

Training is provided. Travel, tickets, food and stay while on duty are paid by the company.
