About the RoleSapient Realty Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to capture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties, projects, events, and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for composition, lighting, angles, and visual storytelling, with an understanding of real estate photography and social media content.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCapture high-quality photographs and videos of residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property shoots covering interiors, exteriors, amenities, landscapes, and key features.
• Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, brochures, and property portals.
• Handle photography and videography for company events, client visits, site visits, and promotional activities.
• Use professional cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, and other photography equipment.
• Edit photographs and videos using tools such as Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Produce short-form content such as Reels, walkthrough videos, property tours, and promotional videos.
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Sales teams to understand campaign and property requirements.
• Maintain an organized library of photographs and video footage.
• Ensure all content follows the company's branding and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current photography, videography, and social media content trends.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree/diploma in Photography, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in photography/videography; real estate experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of photography techniques, lighting, composition, and framing.
• Experience with photo and video editing software.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and trends.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to travel to different property/project sites in and around Gurugram.
• Own camera/equipment will be an added advantage.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
