Job Description
We are hiring all mumbai Gurgaon Noida PAKER
Candidate Screening Criteria:
1. Passed 10th and/or 12th class pass. Depending on profile.
2. **Willing to spend 1-2 hrs in loading/unloading
3. **Open to rotational shifts**
4. Sanity - Will be responsible to keep his racks clean
5. **Living within 6 km of store location**
6. Basic understanding of grocery products
7. Aware of monthly salary
8. Carries physical resume copy
9. Below 30 years of age.
10. Properly dressed for interview. No Slippers.

सामान को सही तरीके से पैक करना (Pack करना) ताकि वह सुरक्षित रूप से डिलीवर हो सके।
प्रोडक्ट की क्वालिटी और मात्रा की जाँच करना।
शिफ्ट के दौरान साफ-सफाई और अनुशासन बनाए रखना।
योग्यता (एलिजिबिलिटी):
न्यूनतम शिक्षा: 10वीं पास।
उम्र: 18 से 35 वर्ष।
शारीरिक रूप से फिट होना चाहिए (क्योंकि उठाना-रखना होता है)।
टीम में काम करने की क्षमता।
वेतन और सुविधाएँ (सैलरी & बेनिफिट्स):
मासिक वेतन: आरएस12,000 से आरएस18,000 (स्थान और शिफ्ट पर निर्भर)।
ओवरटाइम भत्ता।
ईएसआई/पीएफ सुविधा।
स्टोर लोकेशन के अनुसार शिफ्ट अलाउंस ।
कार्य समय (शिफ्ट टाइमिंग्स):
डे शिफ्ट / नाइट शिफ्ट (8 से 10 घंटे)।
सप्ताह में 6 दिन काम।
