Pre-Primary Teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school's curriculum.

• Foster children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through play-based learning.

• Create a warm, safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.

• Encourage good behaviour, discipline, independence, and positive social skills.

• Observe, assess, and document each child's learning progress and developmental milestones.

• Provide individual attention and support based on each child's learning needs.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding children's progress, behaviour, and well-being.

• Ensure children's health, safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being at all times.

• Prepare teaching aids, learning materials, and maintain an organized classroom.

• Participate in school events, celebrations, parent meetings, training programmes, and other assigned activities.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and school management to achieve educational goals.

• Comply with all school policies, child safeguarding guidelines, and statutory requirements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with NTT, D.El.Ed., ECCE, or an equivalent Early Childhood Education qualification.

• Relevant teaching certification as per applicable regulations.

• Prior experience in a pre-school or early childhood education setting is preferred
