Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and empathetic Pre-Sales Executive to handle incoming enquiries, understand patient and family requirements, explain suitable homecare services and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through Google, Meta Ads, the website, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Understand patient needs, care requirements, location, duration and preferred service timings.
• Explain ArohaCares' services, including nursing, patient attendants, eldercare, physiotherapy and medical equipment rental.
• Share relevant service details, pricing and quotations with prospective customers.
• Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, urgency and service availability.
• Schedule consultations or connect customers with the sales and operations teams for further assistance.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules and conversion status in the CRM or Google Sheets.
• Follow up consistently with families until booking confirmation or closure.
• Coordinate with operations to confirm service feasibility before making commitments.
• Achieve daily calling, follow-up, qualified-lead and conversion targets.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate or undergraduate with good communication skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service or lead generation.
• Freshers with strong communication and a customer-first attitude may apply.
• Comfortable using phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
• Hindi communication is essential; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Patient, empathetic and professional when speaking with families dealing with illness or elderly care needs.
