Job Description: PRO (Public Relations Officer)
( Include Financial Counselling To IPD patients)
Department: Administration
Reporting To: Manager – Operations
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide patients and visitors about hospital services, packages, and estimated costs.
* Supervise Customer Care Executives and ensure patient satisfaction.
* Conduct daily rounds to check cleanliness, hygiene, and hospital operations.
* Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and hospital staff.
* Handle HMS billing, bill verification, package entry, and troubleshooting.
* Manage daily IPD administrative activities.
* Identify operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
* Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
* 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
* Good communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
* Knowledge of hospital operations, billing, and HMS preferred.
