💼 Job RoleWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing Sales Team in Gurugram.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable properties, arranging site visits and converting prospects into successful sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Handle leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Contact prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.
• Explain property/project details, pricing, location, amenities and payment plans.
• Arrange and accompany clients for property/site visits.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate with customers within company-approved terms.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups and site visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, property projects and competitor offerings.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.
• 🎓 EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
• Freshers who are interested in building a career in Real Estate Sales can apply.
• Candidates with 0–8 years of sales experience are preferred.
• Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented attitude.
• Two-wheeler/vehicle is preferred or required for site visits, as applicable.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from Gurugram and visiting property sites.

⏰ Working Hours10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Monday

The role involves office-based work along with client meetings and property/site visits.
