Job Description


  • Generate leads through networking, follow-ups, and market research.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable property options.
  • Conduct property site visits and provide detailed explanations of features, pricing, and benefits.
  • Negotiate deals, assist clients throughout the buying process, and ensure smooth closure.
  • Maintain and update client records, prepare daily/weekly sales reports, and meet assigned targets.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and current property rates.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships to ensure long-term trust and referrals.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to overall sales growth.
