Job Description

Hiring: Real Estate Sales Executives

Location: Gurgaon (On-site)

Experience: 0–5 Years (Real Estate / Sales Preferred)



Role Overview: We are hiring result-driven real estate sales professionals to manage leads, conduct site visits, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.


Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Incentives: Up to 20% of brokerage

Performance-based growth

Earnings potential: ₹60K–₹1L+/month


Roles & Responsibilities


Generate leads via cold calling & tele calling

  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant properties
  • Study and stay updated on project inventory
  • Coordinate and conduct site visits
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up consistently and close deals
  • Achieve monthly sales targets


Ideal Candidate


1–5 years in real estate or direct sales

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Familiarity with Gurgaon market is a plus


Not Suitable


IfYou are not comfortable with field sales

You avoid targets or client interaction
