Job Description

  • Guide, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives/telecallers
  • Allocate leads and daily targets among team members
  • Monitor daily calls, site visits, and follow-ups
  • Assist team members in client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Personally handle key clients and high-potential leads
  • Train new team members on product knowledge and sales pitch
  • Ensure accurate CRM updates and daily reporting
  • Prepare team performance reports for the Sales Manager
  • Coordinate with marketing, documentation, and accounts teams
  • Track competitor projects, pricing, and market trends
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed
