Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL OWN • Find and onboard new DSAs and channel partners from the open market • Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing partners • Drive your monthly sales targets and business growth • Give partners day-to-day support that keeps them active and happy • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing and quick fixes • Stay close with regular follow-ups to keep partners engaged and productive • Track your performance and keep clean, up-to-date reports WHAT YOU BRING • Experience in NBFC, DSA, or mortgage sales (preferred) • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship skills • Clear, confident written and verbal communication • A good grasp of Home Loan and LAP products • A strong local market network and own conveyance (preferred) • Fluency in the regional language is a welcome bonus
