Job Description

Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, take orders, explain dishes or specials, and ensure table satisfaction.


Team Supervision: Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign stations to junior servers or stewards, and check staff grooming and discipline.


Floor Coordination: Bridge the gap between the dining room and the kitchen, manage food timing, and verify order accuracy.


Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for guest complaints and resolve issues quickly to keep customers happy.


Operations & Billing: Check section cleanliness before service, oversee POS system entries, and handle final billing or payments.
