Job Description

Restaurant Manager Karim's Restaurant, Sector 70A, Gurgaon (NEAR BPTP)

Karim's Restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Manager to handle overall restaurant operations, OTA & guest handling, and kitchen coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Handle OTA platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) — orders, ratings, and listings
  • Manage guest handling, feedback, and complaint resolution
  • Coordinate with kitchen for order flow, quality, and timely service
  • Supervise staff, rosters, and daily service standards
  • Monitor stock, hygiene, and quality control
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with OTA platforms and guest handling
  • Good understanding of kitchen operations and coordination
  • Strong leadership and multitasking ability
  • Good communication skills
