We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who is passionate and has a strong ability to drive sales , Can handle billing operations also. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing retail sales, promoting pet food and pet care products, building customer relationships, and implementing effective in-store marketing strategies to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right pet food, treats, grooming products, toys, and accessories based on their pets' needs.
• Execute in-store marketing activities.
• Increase footfall through local marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
• Build long-term relationships with pet parents by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Promote new product launches, seasonal offers, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and well organized.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
• Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records.
• Gather customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
