Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Job Profile

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator to coordinate between the company's sales team, customers and internal departments. Candidates with experience in the solar industry will be preferred and also near by residing sector 104 gurgaon will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with sales executives/managers and support their day-to-day sales activities.

Coordinate with B2B clients regarding enquiries, quotations, orders and follow-ups.

Maintain regular communication with customers and sales team.

Prepare quotations, sales reports, MIS and other sales-related documents.

Follow up on enquiries, orders, dispatches and payments.

Maintain customer and sales records and update databases.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and delivery.

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Handle customer queries and ensure proper follow-up.

Requirements

Sales coordination experience is required.

Candidates with solar industry exposure will be preferred.

Candidates from other industries with good B2B sales coordination experience can also apply.

Good communication and follow-up skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Ability to coordinate effectively with customers and sales personnel.

Graduate preferred.
