Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining project details, pricing, and payment plans, arranging site visits, and converting prospective clients into successful bookings. The role also involves regular follow-ups with clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, negotiating deals, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills, along with a positive attitude and a willingness to work in a target-driven environment. Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates in real estate sales are welcome to apply.
