Sales & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in TMT steel sales, steel trading, or distribution. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, increasing sales volume, and managing existing accounts across Delhi NCR.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new sales orders for TMT steel from dealers, builders, contractors, infrastructure companies, and construction projects.

- Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and business opportunities.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Negotiate steel prices, prepare quotations, and convert enquiries into profitable orders.

- Develop dealer networks and expand the company's market presence across Delhi NCR.

- Monitor daily steel market rates, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Coordinate with the dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely deliveries.

- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure compliance with company credit policies.

- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.

- Maintain daily sales reports, customer databases, quotations, and follow-up records.

Candidate Requirements:

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in TMT steel sales, steel trading, stockist operations, or distribution.

- Strong knowledge of the steel market and an established network of dealers, builders, or contractors preferred.

- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

- Good command of English and Hindi.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.

- Willingness to travel regularly for market visits across Delhi NCR.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Competitive fixed salary of ₹40,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
