Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company security policies.
• Maintain proper records of visitor entries, staff movement, and material movement.
• Conduct regular patrolling of the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
• Ensure all gates, doors, and access points are secured at all times.
• Promptly report suspicious activities.
• Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuation.
• Check and verify staff and visitors’ identity cards before allowing access.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift change.
• Report daily security activities, incidents, and irregularities to the Admin/HR department.
• Cooperate with other departments for smooth functioning of operations while maintaining security protocols.
