Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles in accordance with company security policies.
- Maintain proper records of visitor entries, staff movement, and material movement.
- Conduct regular patrolling of the premises to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or damage.
- Ensure all gates, doors, and access points are secured at all times.
- Promptly report suspicious activities.
- Assist in emergency situations such as fire, medical incidents, or evacuation.
- Check and verify staff and visitors’ identity cards before allowing access.
- Ensure proper handover and takeover during shift change.
- Report daily security activities, incidents, and irregularities to the Admin/HR department.
- Cooperate with other departments for smooth functioning of operations while maintaining security protocols.
