Senior Interior Designer

Arts & Draftz / Studio Bersh is looking for a talented and mature Senior Interior Designer / Design Lead who can take a design direction from concept to execution.

This is not merely a drafting position. We are looking for someone with strong design sensibility, excellent communication and the confidence to independently handle clients and projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Understand the Principal Designer’s concept and develop it into a complete design scheme

• Space planning, furniture layouts, material palettes and design detailing

• Brief and guide junior designers, CAD team and 3D visualisers

• Review drawings and renders before presentation

• Coordinate design requirements with site and technical teams

• Handle client meetings, presentations, selections and design follow-ups

• Coordinate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and styling

• Conduct site visits and resolve design-related execution issues

• Take ownership of a project from design development through completion

Must have:

• Strong aesthetic and spatial sense

• Excellent spoken English and presentation skills

• Good knowledge of materials, furniture and interior detailing

• Strong AutoCAD knowledge; SketchUp/other design software advantageous

• Ability to manage clients confidently and professionally

• Strong understanding of residential and turnkey interiors
