Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Handle cold calling and convert paid leads into premium memberships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — Follow-ups, Consultative Selling, Negotiation & Closure.
  • Build strong relationships with premium clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios.
  • Update CRM and track daily sales activities, conversions, and revenue.


Requirements

  • 4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the service industry.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and converting paid leads.
  • Strong understanding of high-ticket sales and consultative selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Highly target-oriented with a consistent record of achieving sales targets.
  • Confident, professional, and comfortable dealing with premium clientele.
