Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor for Yulon Motors in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer service requirements, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAttend customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain the required services to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Provide customers with service updates, estimates, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customers after service.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or workshop is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and job card preparation.
• Ability to coordinate with technicians and manage multiple service requests.
