SS Metal Polisher

We are looking for a skilled SS Finishing & Polishing Operator responsible for achieving high-quality surface finishing on stainless steel components, particularly SS304. The candidate should have hands-on experience in satin and mirror finishing, weld-seam blending, grinding, buffing, and controlling scratches, dents, and other surface defects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform satin finishing and mirror finishing on SS304 components as per required specifications.
• Carry out weld-seam blending to achieve a smooth and uniform surface.
• Operate grinders, buffing machines, polishing machines, and related hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform grinding, polishing and buffing operations according to the required finish quality.
• Remove weld marks, scratches, dents, burrs, discoloration and other surface imperfections.
• Maintain uniform surface appearance and finishing across the complete component.
• Handle SS304 sheets/components carefully to prevent scratches, dents and deformation during processing.
• Identify and rectify surface defects before sending components to the next process or final inspection.
• Follow approved finishing specifications, samples, drawings and quality standards.
• Ensure proper selection and use of grinding wheels, abrasive belts, polishing wheels, compounds and other consumables.
