• Key Responsibilities:Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage store staff effectively.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity.
• Drive sales and take initiatives to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate inventory management.
• Monitor store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Prepare and monitor daily/weekly sales reports and store performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and overall store performance.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.
• Candidate Profile:Previous experience as a Store Manager / Retail Manager preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on increasing sales.
• Ability to manage staff and store operations independently.
• Energetic, disciplined, responsible, and result-oriented.
