Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tandoor Cook who can prepare tandoori dishes, naan, roti, kebabs, and other items while maintaining food quality, hygiene, and taste consistency.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tandoori items, naan, roti, kebabs, and related dishes.
  • Operate and maintain the tandoor safely.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
  • Manage food preparation as per customer orders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Tandoor Cook preferred.
  • Knowledge of tandoori cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
