JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Telecaller cum Accounts & Supply Coordinator

Salary: ₹12,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

Candidate Preference: Women candidates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outgoing calls and follow up with potential and existing customers.
• Maintain lead records and update follow-up status regularly.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain basic accounts, bills, payments and expense records.
• Enter and manage data using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate orders, stock and supply-related activities.
• Follow up with suppliers and customers regarding deliveries.
• Prepare basic daily and weekly reports.
• Support general office and administrative work when required.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of accounts and bookkeeping.
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and telephone-handling skills.
• Ability to manage leads, customers and suppliers.
• Responsible, organised and punctual.
• Freshers with suitable skills may also apply.
