Job Description

Location: Sector 69, Gurugram


  • Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from customers/leads
  • Explain products/services clearly and address customer questions or concerns effectively
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally while staying persuasive
  • Requires strong verbal communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and fluency in [regional language/English/Hindi]; prior telecalling/telesales experience preferred but not mandatory
