Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Telecalling Executives to handle both inbound and outbound calls. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, addressing inquiries, generating leads, scheduling follow-ups, and supporting the sales process through effective communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and lead sources.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
• Understand customer requirements and direct qualified prospects to the relevant sales team.
• Schedule appointments, demonstrations, meetings, or site visits as required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and call outcomes in CRM/Excel.
• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and rejections positively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

• Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will be an advantage.
