About the RoleWe are looking for confident and enthusiastic Female Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential customers through outbound calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and converting opportunities into sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce and explain the company’s services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with interested prospects and generate sales.
• Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the team to improve conversions and overall sales performance.
• Candidate RequirementsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic sales and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales will be an advantage.

Salary & IncentivesFixed Salary: ₹20,000/month

Commission: High target-based commission with unlimited earning potential

Potential Earnings: Up to ₹50,000/month based on performance
