Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- International Support: Deliver high-quality customer service to global clients across assigned communication channels.
- Query Resolution: Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot product or service issues quickly and accurately.
- Metric Performance: Meet daily performance targets including customer satisfaction, resolution time, and quality scores.
- Data Logging: Document every customer interaction accurately in the database CRM tool.
- Escalation Handling: Route complex technical issues or severe customer complaints to the correct tier-two support teams.
- Process Compliance: Follow company privacy policies and international security standards during every customer call.
