Job DescriptionShivansh Property Management is hiring a Telecalling Sales Executive for our real-estate sales team.
The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining suitable projects, generating leads, regular follow-ups, and scheduling site visits.
- ResponsibilitiesMake calls to potential property buyers.
- Generate and qualify real-estate leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget and preferred location.
- Explain property projects and offers to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule property/site visits.
- Maintain customer and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and meetings.
- Work towards monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer/WhatsApp knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Real-estate or telecalling experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
