Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Calling & Pitching: Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided by the database or digital channels to pitch loans (business loans).
- Lead Management: Qualify prospective clients, understand their financial requirements, and pitch suitable lending products.
- Follow-ups: Maintain a regular follow-up pipeline with interested clients to drive conversion and closure.
- Documentation Support: Coordinate initial document collection and guide customers through basic eligibility checks.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
