💼 Experience: 2–3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Outbound & inbound customer calling

• Lead generation and follow-up

• Customer handling and query resolution

• Explain company products/services

• Coordinate with sales team

• Maintain customer/call records

• Achieve assigned calling & conversion targets

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of telecalling experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Good convincing & follow-up skills

• Basic computer knowledge
