About the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join Navayu’s Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with patients/leads generated through digital marketing, understanding their requirements, explaining Navayu’s healthcare services, following up with interested prospects, and converting qualified leads into appointments and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with new leads generated through Meta, website, WhatsApp and other channels.

• Understand patient requirements and identify their healthcare needs.
• Explain Navayu’s services, treatment approach and consultation process clearly.
• Qualify leads based on interest, requirement and treatment intent.
• Convert interested leads into consultation appointments.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and high-intent leads.
• Handle patient queries professionally and build trust over calls.
• Maintain accurate call records, lead status and follow-up details in CRM.
• Coordinate with the clinical/reception team for appointment scheduling.
• Reactivate old and inactive leads through systematic follow-ups.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain a professional and empathetic communication style while speaking with patients.
• Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales or healthcare sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and persuasive conversational skills.
• Strong follow-up and objection-handling ability.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Healthcare/clinic/hospital sales experience will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
