Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle outbound calls and inbound calls on sales leads on daily basis
Converting leads to sales and meet monthly target
Handle chat support and communicate with passengers to understand their requirements.
Handle email support and convert queries assigned to sales.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
Note: Sales agent needed for selling destination like UMRAH and HAJ.
