Role OverviewWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to translate raw footage into compelling visual stories that engage our audience and elevate our brand. In this role, you will handle the post-production lifecycle—from assembling cuts and refining audio to adding motion graphics—ensuring every piece of content meets high artistic and technical standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Assembly & Editing: Review raw footage, select the best takes, and stitch together sequences to build a cohesive narrative for promotional videos, tutorials, social media, and internal communications.
• Color & Audio Polishing: Perform color correction and grading to maintain a consistent visual tone; sync, clean, and mix audio tracks, incorporating appropriate sound effects and background music.
• Motion Graphics & Effects: Create and integrate dynamic text overlays, transitions, lower thirds, and basic animations to enhance viewer engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams, content writers, and producers to understand project briefs, iterate on feedback, and deliver polished assets on schedule.
• Media Management: Organize project files, archive raw footage, and maintain a clean, efficient digital asset management system.
• Export & Optimization: Render and export final videos in various resolutions, aspect ratios, and formats optimized for multiple channels (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, corporate web portals).
• Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Demonstrated professional experience (typically 2+ years) as a Video Editor or Motion Designer, accompanied by a strong portfolio or showreel.
• Software Proficiency: Expert-level command of industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Technical Acumen: Solid understanding of digital video formats, codecs, frame rates, and compression techniques.
• Creative Flair: A sharp eye for pacing, rhythm, visual composition, and storytelling timing.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, handle feedback constructively, and meet strict deadlines.
