Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
  • Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.
  • Ensure tables are properly set up, cleaned, and maintained at all times.
  • Clear tables promptly and prepare them for the next guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
  • Follow all company SOPs, grooming standards, and food safety guidelines.
