Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

We run ecommerce fulfilment out of our Sector 67 warehouse, and we're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of day-to-day operations. From the moment stock arrives to the moment an order leaves the door, you'll be the person making sure everything is accurate, on time, and running smoothly. This is a floor-level role — you'll be doing the work and leading the small team that does it.

What you'll do

• Printing & labelling: Generate and print shipping labels, match them correctly to orders, and ensure every parcel is labelled accurately before dispatch.
• Packing & dispatch: Supervise the packing process, check packing quality, and make sure orders are picked, packed, and handed to courier partners on time, every day.
• Inward inventory: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities against purchase orders/invoices, inspect for damage, and record everything accurately into the system.
• Inventory management: Maintain accurate stock records, run regular cycle counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and flag low-stock or reorder needs before they become a problem.
• Returns (RTO) handling: Process returned and undelivered orders, inspect them, and put sellable stock back into inventory.
• Warehouse operations: Oversee all day-to-day warehouse activity — keep the space organised, clean, and safe, manage packing material and supplies, and ensure smooth workflow during both regular and peak periods.
• Team supervision: Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff, track productivity, and step in wherever needed to keep things moving.
• Reporting: Keep simple, reliable records of dispatch numbers, stock levels, and returns, and share updates with management.

What we're looking for

• Some prior experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, or inventory role (ecommerce experience is a strong plus).
• Comfortable with label printing, order panels, and basic computer work (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and dependable — especially with stock counts and dispatch accuracy.
• Able to manage a small team and stay calm and efficient under order volume.
• Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Must be able to work on-site, full-time, in Sector 67, Gurgaon.

Nice to have

• Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) or courier dashboards (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Blue Dart, etc.).
• Familiarity with barcode scanning or basic WMS / inventory tools.
