ROLE SUMMARY

Ecoplug Energy India Limited is hiring a confident, articulate, and professionally presented executive to represent the company in online meetings with clients, dealers, business partners, and other stakeholders. The role requires approximately 1–2 hours of Zoom meetings per working day, along with preparation and coordination as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct or attend scheduled Zoom meetings and communicate company information, proposals, and updates clearly.
• Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients, dealers, business associates, and management.
• Explain information confidently, manage discussions, coordinate participants, and complete meeting follow-ups where required.
• Maintain punctuality, professional video-call etiquette, and a presentable on-camera appearance.
• Coordinate with the management/HR team regarding meeting schedules, instructions, and reporting.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in public speaking, presentations, webinars, or professional Zoom/business meetings.
• Strong spoken and conversational skills in both Hindi and English; clear pronunciation and the ability to explain information fluently.
• High confidence, audience-engagement ability, professional conduct, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed and presentable on camera, with a suitable professional background for online meetings.
• Reliable internet connection, laptop/desktop, webcam, and a quiet workspace.

WORK ARRANGEMENT & MANDATORY TRAINING

First week: The employee must attend the Delhi/Gurugram office on all working days for in-person training on company operations, meeting processes, communication standards, and presentation requirements.

After training: The role becomes primarily work-from-home, with mandatory attendance at the Delhi/Gurugram office one day every week, on the day instructed by management.

The position follows a six-day working week. The employee must remain available for scheduled meetings and agreed working hours.

SALARY & SELECTION PROCESS

• Monthly salary: Up to ₹25,000, based on experience, communication ability, and performance.
• Selection stages: HR screening, Hindi/English communication assessment, live Zoom demonstration, and final management interview.
