Affordability Partnerships Manager, Devices and Services

Minimum qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in commercial roles, program management/business development/commercial strategy within financial institutions, fintech, digital banking, e-commerce or management consulting.
• Experience in securing and negotiating commercial agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to manage system integrations and analyze financial performance.
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen, investigative and business modeling skills, and attention to detail. Ability to systematically apply structure and principles using data.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs from concept to launch and optimization, showcasing strong organizational and project management skills.

• Drive end-to-end management of consumer affordability programs, leading operations, ensuring commercial success, compelling offers and proposition, seamless and positive customer experience, and business growth.
• Develop commercial frameworks, manage commercial negotiation and compliance with financial institutions and channel partners.
• Perform both internal/external commercial analysis, emerging market trends, customer financing trends, and offers data to develop deep knowledge of program offerings.
• Manage the implementation of customer experiences across all touch points, technology enablement, Go-to-Market and launch plan.
• Manage affordability programs rollout and expansion to channel partners with financial institutions, vendors, and technology enablers.
