Summary:
As an Application Designer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and define the requirements necessary for application development. This role focuses on designing applications that align with business processes and meet specific application needs. The day often includes analyzing existing workflows, brainstorming design solutions, and ensuring that the application architecture supports the intended functionality and user experience. Continuous interaction with cross-functional teams helps in refining designs and adapting to evolving business demands, ensuring that the applications developed are both efficient and effective in addressing organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design process by translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support in application design principles.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application design methodologies to enhance overall project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and deployment strategies within cloud environments.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable application architectures that align with business objectives.
- Experience in integrating various tools and services to streamline development and operational workflows.
- Familiarity with version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery pipelines.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
