Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Reporting.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools to communicate findings effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing data and reporting systems.
- Familiarity with data integration and validation techniques to ensure data accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
