The position demands continuous monitoring, troubleshooting, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, thereby supporting the overall business objectives effectively and efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of application packages to support business needs.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
- Experience with software deployment tools and scripting languages related to application packaging.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system issues.
- Familiarity with operating system environments and their impact on application behavior.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate application updates and fixes.
- Good communication skills to effectively document and share technical information.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Application Packaging.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
