We are looking for Senior Resources (6-8 Years of Experience Responsible AI)

 Location: Gurgaon 

Responsibilities:

 

 • Lead the end-to-end implementation of MLOps, overseeing the deployment and management of machine learning models, particularly in the financial and banking domain.

 • Manage and mentor a team of MLOps professionals, ensuring efficient collaboration and successful project delivery. 

• Experience in Legal/Compliance programmes, especially AI related legislation (e.g., EU AI Act, ISO42001,GDPR, risk assessments & classification).

 • Experience with AI Governance & AI Audit planning. 

• Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks aligned with global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001). • Know how to evaluate compliance with internal AI policies, ethical guidelines, and legal obligations. 

• Conduct independent audits of AI systems, models, and data pipelines. 

• Evaluate model documentation, explainability, fairness, robustness, and accountability. 

• Assess & Perform risk assessments on AI use cases across business units.

 • Educate and advise cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices.

 • Contribute to the development of AI assurance tools and methodologies. 

• Managed implementation around AI/ML regulations, Risk and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations to mitigate the AI/ML risks including Bias, Drift, Variance etc. 

 

Requirements: 

• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on MLOps implementation.

 • Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a group of MLOps professionals. • Experience with AI ML technologies including the Gen AI, Agentic AI and MCP Architectures. 

• Proficiency in programming languages used in MLOps, with a strong understanding of AI compliance.

 • Knowledge of security, privacy, and risk frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO standards) and how they integrate with business performance management. 

• Knowledge of the financial/banking domain, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges.

Qualification: 

 

• Familiarity with emerging trends and advancements in MLOps practices. Experience in addressing compliance/regulatory concerns related to AI/ML specific to the financial industry. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or Masters in AI & ML 

• Experience in using AWS, MS Azure or GCP services around AI/ML and MLOps. 

• Preferred to have any associated Cloud, AI/ML Certification.
