Job Description

Must have Skills : Python (Strong), Good To Have Skills : , Job Description : Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI). Design and manage databases and data access layers with performance and data integrity in mind. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for: Code generation and refactoring Bug fixing and optimization Writing unit tests and documentation Integrate backend systems with frontend applications and third-party services. Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies. Support deployments, monitoring, and issue resolution in cloud / containerized environments. Key Skills Python, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases Secure coding and testing practices Experience with AI-assisted development tools Agile development mindset

Qualifications

Requirements

• Experience : 9 -12 Years
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python development with expertise in Django, Flask, or Fast API frameworks.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RESTful APIs for enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, data Modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience implementing authentication, authorization, and application security best practices.
• Knowledge of secure coding standards, testing methodologies, and code quality practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms and containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration testing.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, code reviews, and collaborative software development practices.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python and related frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Design and manage database structures, data access layers, and ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance.
• Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security controls across backend applications.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, debugging, optimization, testing, and documentation activities.
• Integrate backend systems with frontend applications, third-party services, and enterprise platforms.
• Write high-quality, reusable, and testable code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to improving development processes and engineering standards.
• Develop and execute unit tests, support quality assurance activities, and ensure application reliability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Support application deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in cloud and containerized environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing software solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance, automation, reliability, and development efficiency.
